Abstract In recent years, there has been an increasing focus on corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, as stakeholders demand greater transparency and accountability from businesses. One technology that is gaining traction in this area is digital twin technology, which involves creating a virtual replica of a physical system or asset. By using digital twin technology, businesses can simulate and optimize the performance of their built assets, such as buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities, to reduce energy consumption, improve operational efficiency, and minimize environmental impact. In this presentation, we will explore how leading companies are leveraging digital twin technology to achieve corporate ESG excellence. We will examine the benefits of digital twin technology, including its ability to enhance sustainability, resilience, and safety, and we will discuss case studies from a range of industries, including construction, energy, and transportation. Additionally, we will examine the challenges and considerations associated with implementing digital twin technology, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and interoperability. By the end of this presentation, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of how digital twin technology can be used to drive ESG performance and create a more sustainable built world.
